Service Description
4 hour wedding photography session. Townsville, North Queensland and beyond (*accommodation on-charged at cost. Flights charged at cost for travel more than 4 hour drive). Complimentary Engagement Session. Multiple pre-session in-person planning meetings as required. Unlimited, edited, high resolution images for prints and low resolution images for social sharing, all available in both color and black and white. Post-session viewing to review images for any required changes and sample prints and products (purchase of prints and products additional cost). Digital images available via private online gallery. Images available within 4 weeks.
Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy This policy outlines the terms for booking and canceling services with Sapphire Soul Creative. 1. Booking & Payment Confirmation: A booking is only confirmed upon signing the Service Agreement (Contract) and payment of the non-refundable Deposit. Retainer Fee: A 25% retainer fee of the total package price is required to secure the date. This fee covers immediate administrative costs and lost business opportunity. Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before the scheduled session or event date. Failure to pay on time grants Sapphire Soul Creative the right to cancel the booking, forfeiting the Retainer Fee. 2. Client Cancellation & Rescheduling Cancellation All cancellations must be provided in writing. Notice Given Retainer Fee Payments Made (Above Retainer) 90+ Days Before Non-Refundable Fully Refunded 30-89 Days Before Non-Refundable 50% Refunded Less than 30 Days Before Non-Refundable No Refund (Full amount remains due) Rescheduling Rescheduling is subject to date availability. The Retainer Fee can be transferred one time if notice is given more than 14 days prior to the original date. Any subsequent rescheduling, or notice given less than 14 days prior, will require a new Retainer Fee to secure the new date. 3. Cancellation by Sapphire Soul Creative. In the event Sapphire Soul Creative must cancel due to severe illness, injury, or emergency: The Client will be immediately notified. All moneys paid, including the Retainer Fee, will be fully refunded to the Client. We will make every reasonable effort to suggest a suitable replacement professional. 4. Force Majeure Neither party is liable for failure or delay caused by events beyond reasonable control (e.g., Acts of God, war, pandemic-related shutdowns). In such a case, both parties will attempt to reschedule. If a reschedule is impossible, a full refund will be issued, less the Retainer Fee, which will be held as a credit for future services within 18 months.
